數(shù)控螺旋立式內(nèi)拉床簡介

本機(jī)床采用FANUC伺服機(jī)械傳動(dòng)，工作平穩(wěn)，能無級調(diào)速；機(jī)床的工作臺與主滑板為整體式，由伺服電機(jī)和滾珠絲桿帶動(dòng)上、下移動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)拉削，機(jī)床在拉削運(yùn)動(dòng)Z軸上利用光柵尺，在旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)C軸上使用雙蝸輪蝸桿和角度編碼器，有效保證了機(jī)床的運(yùn)行精度，其工效可提高10倍以上。
